Vic & team are beyond amazing. My mattress was extremely old and very discoloured. After the cleaning from Vic it is white again. I am so impressed. Vic and the team also cleaned my carpets to assist with the removal of dust mites in my apartment. Carpets smell and look amazing.

I felt very comfortable talking with vic over the phone and also in person. He is very respectful as is the young apprentice that works with him.

Thanks vic you’re amazing. Id recommend you to everyone. Any carpet cleaning or mattress cleaning in the future will be done by the metro cleaning team.

The team from Metro Carpet Cleaning + Restorations came to our property recently in relation to a weather event and insurance claim. From the very onset, Vic was absolutely amazing. He asked many questions and listened to everything I had to say. He then went ahead and started the work of sorting out the rain damaged room/ furniture and carpet. He returned twice more over the course of the week to check on things, swap over fans and equipment and was only a phonecall away if I was concerned about anything. EVERY time Vic was due to arrive he would text and notify us of his arrival time well in advance. Both he and Alex were amazingly thorough, polite, prompt, informative, kind and extremely caring in what because a very stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend Vic and Alex - they are phenomenal. Good, "old-fashioned" service with honesty, integrity and a genuine interest in helping others out. WOW - so rare these days.
